champagne glasses daily cleaning plentiful space
the staff provided ice buckets plus champagne glasses upon request i found this helpful for a special occasion. the hotel kept the room clean every day there were no issues at all. closet space was plentiful offering room for luggage and clothing
i noticed the secure parking cost an extra thirty euros this felt a bit expensive for one night. i expected parking to be included in the initial price or at least offered at a lower rate. it made overall expenses higher

I found the staff very helpful. They were kind in a genuine way. My room was well-appointed, and I got an excellent night's sleep. The on-site restaurant delivered an perfect dining experience. I enjoyed my meal.
The hotel offered no flexibility when I missed the cancellation deadline by just a few hours. I had to adjust my trip because of this policy. There is no elevator. I walked up several flights of stairs. The lighting in the room was not ideal. There was a mix of harsh lights and soft lights.

lovely room fantastic bathroom attentive reception
The room was lovely! the bathroom was fantastic. the food was very good at lunch and breakfast the next day. the reception was AMAZING. So helpful and attentive.
The layout of the room IS not good. It's not in a rectangle shape and once you opened the suitcase. There is no way to walk through the room.

slightly underwhelming, i guess?
poor layout loud environment
the room layout was just... odd. not rectangular at all. once i opened my suitcase, there was barely any room to walk around. the toilet and bathroom are in two separate little areas. also, no fridge in the room, which. is annoying. pillows were super flat too, offering zero support. and wow, the noise at night! i could hear everything from the street, even police sirens. a real sleep deterrent, it was. i needed my airpods to get some semblance of rest.

The hotel staff was helpful. The room was clean with attention to detail. The bed was comfortable. I found built-in USB ports for easy device charging, useful. I used the Nespresso machine each morning with ample pods. The toiletries were L'Occitane branded. The location near the canal offered nice walks and nearby restaurants.
The room lacked a refrigerator. This would have been useful for storing drinks and snacks.

charming stay near canal saint-martin
friendly staff easy transportation
The staff was very friendly and helpful (maxime and johny provided really good service). my early check-in was accommodated. I expected only to leave my bags but my room was ready at 10am. metro lines are very close. i appreciated the unlimited bottled water.
my room had only one small window in the bedroom and the skylights were blacked out. the interior design differed from the photos displayed. i found this disappointing.

clean room cozy room easy access no elevator offered help phone issue
the room was very clean and cozy. the location had easy access to the metro. a lovely canal was also close by.
there was no elevator. i had to carry my suitcase up some stairs. reception offered help but they never answered the phone, so i couldn't get it.
